晶華軒延攬兩位港級名廚坐鎮,總監主廚鄔海明聯手港點吳滿權,為台灣正宗粵式港點帶來新高度。
其中廣受好評的「西施泡飯」一鍋橘紅色澤高湯以龍蝦、白蝦等經典耗費熬煮4小時才完成。最後佐以酥炸過的泰國香米,味道濃郁鮮甜無比。另外還有招牌蜜汁叉燒、晶瑩蝦餃和紅裳脆皮蝦腸粉等經典老菜新作。
餐廳環境以鐵畫銀鉤的草書藝術搭配玻璃造景,那映入眼簾的長廊典雅現代,是台北絕佳的宴飲場所。
