Macau Hotpot (澳洲骨堡) tucked away in Tiaotong (條通) Business District, famous for it’s Pork Bone Hotpot, the original umami flavor of the meat exuding an meaty fragrance. HATSU Yakiniku & Wine（Hatsu 燒肉）famous for its array of Japanese beef, specializing in A5 Wagyu beef (A5 is the higher guarantee of quality by the Japanese government). Skillfully prepared and served the bite-size meat by the chef on griddles over a flame of electric grill, the meat comes out tenderer and succulent as the fat melts.

Wamaki Taipei（和蒔）tucked away in Tiaotong Business District on Zhongshan N. Road, a hidden gem that provides authentic Japanese style Kappou（割烹）, where diners can savor the sounds and smells of the seasonal while viewing the chef’s professional knife skills over the counter, a memorable feast for all the senses.

Oishiikooriya Taipei （九州純冰 おいしい氷屋）owned by ice-maker Kyushu Seihyo, Hakata, Japan, offering velvety kakigori/ shaved ice. With its ice all prepped and shipped from Japan (Kyushu Seihyo use ice frozen slowly turn ice into extremely hard, pure blocks over 72 hours. ) . Blocks of ice are shaved with the sharp blade of high-tech kakigori machine, spitting thin flakes of ice into a towering twenty cm high mounds and dressed with gourmet toppings.

Tonchin 屯京拉麵 is the Tokyo-based ramen that provides authentic Tonkotsu ramen (four main styles of ramen are Shio, Shoyu, Miso and Tonkotsu). Their light style broth selections are packed with the right amount of flavor and texture.
