Ming Court located on the third floor of the Hotel Royal-Nikko Taipei 老爺大酒店, offering Cantonese cuisine and Dim Sum presents by The Hong Kong chef.

 

Characterized by distinctive Oriental food, the restaurant using seasonal ingredient and time-honored culinary technique, such as stir frying, boiling and fermented sauces, mixing foreign influences with more traditional recipes. Refined yet delicious Dim Sum, the quintessential Cantonese food, usually accompanied by tea, made up of little bite-sized pocketed dumplings and other snack dishes, like Changfen 春風如意腸 (Rice noodle rolls filled with tender shrimp and fried dough), phoenix claws (chicken feet that are marinated in sauce), Egg Tarts (Tiny vanilla custard pies), and Lo Bak Go (Pan-fried Turnip Cake), etc.
