With its ice all prepped and shipped from Japan (Kyushu Seihyo use ice frozen slowly turn ice into extremely hard, pure blocks over 72 hours. ) . Blocks of ice are shaved with the sharp blade of high-tech kakigori machine, spitting thin flakes of ice into a towering twenty cm high mounds and dressed with gourmet toppings.
