DING WANG is a classic Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot Restaurant. With their prime location here in the heart of the Taipei city, serving the signature Spicy Broth and some of their specialties include you tiao(油條)and marinated chicken feet(滷鳳爪), the little bones of the claw and wrinkly skin, offering a classic culinary experience.

 

There are two main broth you can chose from, the Spicy Broth or the Pickled Cabbage Broth. The signature Spicy Broth, flavored with duck blood, tofu, chili peppers and suitably tongue-numbing from flower peppers. Toss the prime meats and wide range of pickled vegetables and bring them to shimmer, the sweet-and-spicy aromas wafting over as you cook. Once ready, Ding Wang offer vinegar and sesame oil with a spoonful of scallion as their special dipping sauce.
