Tonchin 屯京拉麵 is the Tokyo-based ramen that provides authentic Tonkotsu ramen (four main styles of ramen are Shio, Shoyu, Miso and Tonkotsu). Their light style broth selections are packed with the right amount of flavor and texture.

There are refined sliced pork, egg halve, preserved bamboo shoots, a chiffonade of spring onions, and there are the noodles, which are made with the unusual inclusion of fish powder into the dough.
